By accessing and using the website sietess.com (the “Site”), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned by Jorge Moisés Pasato Cornejo (“Jorge Pasato”), a software developer residing in Queens, New York, United States.

The Site is Jorge Pasato's personal professional page. Its purpose is informational and professional: it presents his trajectory, his projects, the services he offers, and ways to contact him about possible engagements or collaborations.

• The design, structure and code of the Site are the work of developer Jorge Moisés Pasato. The credit “Designed and built by Jorge Pasato” shown on the Site must be kept in any version, copy or adaptation of it.
• Projects linked or described on the Site may belong to their respective owners; describing a project in this portfolio does not transfer any rights over it.

The Site contains links to third-party sites and services (for example, GitHub, Spotify, Instagram and the sites of the projects presented). Jorge Pasato does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
